75-Day Return Window
Submit color samples for color match issues (only for vehicles 2006 and newer) or incomplete orders within 75 days from the order date. Ensure your order is complete and the color matches your vehicle before this period ends, as all sales are FINAL after 75 days.
Submitting Color Samples
If the color does not match, send us a brush or spray out sample. Please note: We will not remix or refunds for pre-2005 or less common vehicle colors.
- Spray Cans: Apply full wet coats, let dry for at least 15 minutes between coats, then apply several clearcoats.
- Touch-up Bottles and Paint Pens: Send a sample at least 1″ square on a business card or similar sturdy material.
Return Policy Exclusions
- Pre-2005 and Rare Vehicles: No remix or refunds for pre-2005 or less common vehicle colors, as toners have changed over the years.
- Specific Makes: No remix or refunds for brands like Alfa-Romeo, Bentley, and Ducati among others listed, as color chips are unavailable.
- Wheel and Interior Colors: No remix or refunds due to the unavailability of color codes and color chips. Purchase minimal quantities initially.
Refunds for Discontinued Colors
We offer refunds for colors shown on our website that are no longer available, except pre-2005 colors.
Verifying Your Color Code
Verify the paint code on your vehicle before ordering. We are not responsible for incorrect orders where the color code was not verified.
Troubleshooting Color Mismatches
ALWAYS test the paint before applying to your vehicle. If mismatches occur, they may be due to vehicle repainting, fading, or incorrect color codes provided by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made paints cannot be returned or refunded. Verify your selections carefully.
Replacement for Errors
If the paint does not match due to our error, submit a trouble ticket within 75 days and we will address the issue, typically by sending a new paint order.
International Orders
Expect additional charges for shipping and potential customs fees. Delivery times may vary.
Final Considerations
Do not return items without approval. Misapplied or disliked products are non-refundable. Mixing touch-up paint is customized; hence, every order is final.
