What should I do if I receive the wrong paint? 

This happens as we custom mix every order and it’s possible to mix up everything from labeling to what paint goes in which package. Please let us know immediately by filling out the problem form so we can assist you

Why has my credit card been charged before the paint is shipped? 

Because each order is custom-made, we must charge your card so we can begin working on your order.

Did I order the correct paint?

As long as you have found the color code on your vehicle, you have ordered correctly. We cannot tell the color code from your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) as the VIN only gives us a formula variance on an existing color code.

Do you store or save credit card information?

No, we do not save your credit card information.
