Orders Placed Today

Cancellation Deadline: Orders placed today can be cancelled without any charge, provided the cancellation request is made by 5:00 PM (PST).

Orders Placed Before Today

Cancellation Charges: If you wish to cancel an order that was placed on a previous day, charges will apply. Specifically, you will be charged for the custom-made basecoat, and additionally for the midcoat if the order included a tricoat.
Example: If you ordered a spray can yesterday and decide to cancel today, you will still be charged for the basecoat and midcoat (if applicable).

How to Cancel an Order

Cancellation Request: To cancel an order, please fill out our contact form and include your invoice number. This helps us process your cancellation request efficiently.

Reasons for Restrictive Cancellation Policy

Immediate Processing: When we receive an order for paint, we start the paint formulation process as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. This process incurs both time and material costs.
Customization: Each order is custom-made, and with hundreds of thousands of possible colors, unused custom paint cannot simply be restocked or resold to another customer.

Why Cancellations Are Generally Not Allowed

Custom Mix Costs: Mixing paint to meet specific order requirements involves significant costs, time, and resources. Once mixing has begun, these resources have been allocated specifically for that order.
Lack of Reusability: Due to the unique nature of each custom paint mix, cancelled orders result in materials that cannot be reused or resold, leading to inefficiencies and losses.
